• 30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the return date exceeds 30 days.

• Returned items must be in new condition.

To return an item, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Return Fee

The return fee is $9.95 + tax (US and Canada). Additional fees apply for remote locations.

• How to Return an Item?

1) Email Support@fhxgkwna.shop or submit a request through the Contact Us page. Please include your full name, order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return.

2) All returns require pre-approval. Once approved, we will email you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

• Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of your refund approval or denial. If the returned item is not in its original condition or is unsellable, a restocking fee may apply.

If your refund is approved, we'll process it and automatically transfer it to your credit card or original payment method within 2-5 business days.
